Okay, friends, here is Day 2. A little rougher than Day 1, and if I am being honest, is tougher than I thought. Today’s menu included:
-Breakfast juice: strawberries, apples, red seedless grapes, oranges, grapefruit, clementines, and pineapple
-Lunch juice: tomatoes, carrots, celery, garlic, red peppers, green onions, kale, brussle sprouts, parsley and lemon
Afternoon “snack”: pure apple juice (YUUUUMMM!)
Afternoon panic attack: pure watermelon juice (AWESOME!)
Dinner juice: carrots, tomatoes, apple, celery, red bell pepper, cucumber
Evening snack: watermelon, strawberry, apple, red grapes
