Okay, so today was the first day I felt good all day. I had tons of energy and experienced very little hunger or craving woes. Still miss beer, still miss grilled meat, but not like I did in the previous days. If you have been following my previous days, you will know what I have been drinking. I won’t bore you with redundant details, but suffice it to say all my juices are organic fruits and veggies that we got from a local farmer’s market.
One thing I was thinking about that I fumbled over in the video is my addition of spirulina in the juice. Spirulina is a natural vegetable-based protein that is amazing at quelling hunger and maintaining muscle mass. I’ll talk more about it in the next video.
